Premium Grass Seeds (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website premiumgrassseeds.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our site.

We collect minimal information to operate our site:

  • Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes pages viewed, time on site, browser type, and approximate geographic location. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

  • Email addresses: If you voluntarily join an email list, we use your address to manage that signup and send the updates you requested. Form submissions are stored by Formspree and can be removed upon request.

Seed-staging pilot requests

If you volunteer for the free seed-staging comparison, the initial form collects your email address, broad project-eligibility answers, your pilot-contact consent and the form version. Formspree processes and stores that request for Premium Grass Seeds. We use it to review fit and capacity and contact you about this pilot only. It does not enroll you in the newsletter or reserve a place.

We do not request an address, photographs, treatment history or payment details in this form. Any later review of your original notes or labels needs a separate agreement about access, copying, processors and deletion. We do not send your email or eligibility answers to analytics; pilot analytics record only visits, request outcomes and coarse eligibility status.

Initial request records are retained through recruitment and removed within 30 days after recruitment closes. You can withdraw or request removal earlier by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Seed pilot request removal”. This covers our pilot records and the associated Formspree submission; the service also has its own privacy and retention rules and may process request metadata, such as an IP address, for security. See its privacy policy. If email copies are delivered for administration, they are covered by the same removal procedure. We retain only de-identified counts for the comparison afterward.

Affiliate Links

When you click affiliate links on our site, you will be redirected to third-party retailers (such as Amazon). These retailers have their own privacy policies that govern their collection and use of your information. We do not have access to any personal or purchase information from these retailers.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

  • Payment information
  • Government-issued identifiers or sensitive profile information
  • Files or photographs through the initial pilot request form
