Perennial ryegrass is the workhorse of the grass world. It germinates faster than any other cool-season grass (7-10 days), establishes quickly, and produces a fine-textured, dark green turf. It's the grass you see on professional sports fields, and for good reason.
GreenView's enhanced coating adds a starter fertilizer and moisture retention to each seed, which helps in less-than-ideal soil conditions. The Fairway Formula tag isn't just marketing — the seed varieties in this mix are genuine turf-type perennial ryegrasses selected for color, density, and mowing tolerance.
